I have another free day tomorrow, so I’ve booked a Mazda2 (called the Demio here) to make the two hour round trip from my hotel in downtown Wellington along the coast to the Southward Car Museum, which is supposed to be quite good.

Go via the Paekakariki Hill Rd (google maps will find it). Bit slower, but a fun drive.
